Alloys to suit a mk5 fiesta?
Hi all,
A friend of mine is planning on buying a mk5 fiesta.
He doesnt know which style alloys and wheel size would suit it and still allow it to handle well.
Any suggestions and opinions would be helpful =)
Thanks
Sarah

mondeo wheels keep with the ford theme and look good, 16x7's are the ones you want with 195 or 205 tyres
there are also 16x6.5's but there arnt as desirable, these too come from a mondeo
then theres the 3rd choice for this style of wheel which is the 15" escort gti wheels, i dont know if these make the handeling better being smaller or not but i doubt it.
finally there are escos wheels but in 16x8" they can ruin the handeling and need stretched tyres to fit, generally 195's and recomended for this width wheel is 225 or 235 (not saying stretch will kill before anyone starts that )
zetec s wheels off the mk 5 but with st170 centre caps also look good but look a bit more 'racey style', especially in black which doesnt suit all cars, wheres the mondeos suit them all the time

PassionFord Post Whore!!
Mk6 Zetec S wheels look good on the Mk5's, Escort Cosworth wheels are good to look at but the handling will be a little worse off compared to other wheels.
