Always static , never on the move but I think its used as its frequently orientated differently.

I see this car quite a lot too, usually going through Edenthorpe/ Armthorpe area multispoke alloys, look like tsw's. There used to be one opposite Dominoes pizza place with a red pin stripe, think he sold that one though.

 

Thats the one that I saw - the black one. I think he has sold the red one and replcaed with the black one. Looks very tidy
