The Escort fitment just requires the front crossmember to be cut to allow for the extra thickness of the cooler, Alan says its pretty easy to do, but unfortunatly due to the size there was no way of getting it to fit without having to cut.
All the intercoolers with 76mm outlets are not tapered.
And getting them with no scoop is no problem.
Do you have any pics where it needs to be cut? if it's not visible from the front I'll be fine to cut a little from the back as the scoops for sure make sense.

Ive asked Alan this question, he says the scoop is 2" deep, so it wont take much trimming to fit, and shouldnt be visable from the front.
The coolers will then be ordered and made to your spec. Please remember to order any fitting kits, or state in the notes section if any mods are to be done to the cooler IE no air scoop etc etc.
I have pulled my bumper as far forward as possible, that far i had to remove the wring clips from the rear of the crossmember
I notice Justins scoop is riveted on - mine is welded as i would have just removed it but that must be a new addition as mine was one of the first batch for sale
how much is the fitting kit and wat involved in fitting to an escos
Best thing to do is speak to Alan regarding the Escos - i know one of the mods is cutting the crossmember out but if you went that far you may as well go for the 120mm version
Kev your Turbo cooler should already be mounted to your rad so no changes should have to be made for fitting this cooler - the turbo cooler should work a lot better as theirs no obstruction
Here's mine fitted with a 60mm Airtec rad & Airtec 60mm turbo cooler & 100mm cooler

not sure why but my bumper will fit in the same place as before. if you measure your scoop depth i will measure mine and see if there's a difference.
