I looked at a white rs turbo today reg E36 LRW, anyone know anything about it?

Yes I use to own this car back about 8 years ago I did a full resto on it have 100s of pictures then I sold it. Last time I saw it was about 6 years ago my mate owned it for a while.

But it was a wreck he then sold it

I've been told its on auto trader now for sale I have seen the advert and I'd be amazed if it's the same car it might have the reg plates etc but I know how tierd the shell was when my mate owned it.

Plus I find it very strange that it still has the same plates on that I had made for it back the because surly if someone did a complete resto on it the wouldn't put reg plates back on with mr spud on.

Also when I owned it. It was a completely original 88 spec front bumper spoiler etc

If I was truly honest I'd say it's a ringer but I could be completely wrong I was going to go and view it just for the laugh but can't be arsed.

 

Thanks for this. Agreed All sounds a bit dodgy. Guy reckons it was a full history with 69k on it, does that sound right? Engine bay certainly wasn't blue! And body was mint!

My pal called him up the other day he reckons he's got all old mots etc I don't k ow how cause I didn't even have them plus the original clocks that were in it when I brought the car binned and put some white face Lockwood ones in so milage could of been anything.
