hi changing the discs and pads on my focus earlier today and all was going fine went to put cailper back on and where the bolts go on the hub carrieir one of them just kept turning had a look and the threads had gone so need a new hub carrier (think its called that) does anyone know how much these are please and if its better to get a new one from ford or get a second hand one Thanks

 

Cant a local engineering firm put a threaded steel insert in it for you chap???

Ive repaired blocks and all sorts that way
