4x4 saph cosworth wont boost with new t34 turbo
hello,just upgraded my sierra cosworth from a t3 to a t34 as the t3 had gone tits up on christmas day. took the old turbo off, fitted the new one and have no boost.also fitted is an rs500 intercooler, the car has a stage 3 map sensor.and a -31 actuator.
i have checked all the hoses, dont appear to have any leaks.
i was when fitting the actuator to the new turbo to prime it, think i did this right. need some help please,thought there would be at least some boost from the new turbo, or am i just really bone and doing something wrong, any help would be great.

how much preload u got set on your actuator?
have u fitted the pipes onto amal valve correctly
make sure u got correct pipe from compressor housing to amal valve and from amal to actuator

Pop the front hose off and start the car, make sure the turbo is actually spinning with the engine running. I have had a new T34 and fitted it on to find that the compressor wheel was jammed solid (supposed to be a new/refurbed unit).

but connecting the amal valve wrong wont cause no boost, it will cause lower/higher boost, but not None.

actuator should be 3-5 mm preload, if already is, try preloading it more (but dont go more than 8mm).
? is the wastegate siezed, or not fully shut? it should be free moving when cold and when red hot.
wen you say not boosting, is the car reving ok, or popping/banging?
if popping and banging (miss fireing), could be a fuel/ecu/sensor problem
if Revin ok, but just no boost = wastegate,turbo, boost leak problem.
