Hiya,

My FRST has a t3 fitted, still have the original t2, what gains am i gettin from the t3, or shall i put the old t2 back on?

you'll end up with more lag but will hold boost better higher up the rev range instead of running outta puff

As above, just depends what tickles your fancy really, the T2 being the reason the Fiesta has less lag and therefore slightly quicker 0-60's, the T3 is better if u want bigger power however.

what sort of power can i make out with a chip, t3, exhaust n filter?

i don't know figures off the top of my head, but like anything u should be able to make it quick, but a standard turbo won't last long at high boost. It up to you if you want in car boost, but i'd avoid the manual bleed valves, all too easy to get carried away in the heat off the moment and over do it, get an electronic control or find means of limiting the the maximum boost u can have from in the car.

i found the car much nicer to drive with a t3 on and my old one ran 15psi with a piper cam kit and did loads of miles without a single problem mostlyon the motorway and hammering the shit out of it 400 and some weeks 800 miles a week.. swapped it in for a cosworth and every time i drive that something goes wrong..
