saff 2wd cams whitch is inlet and witch is exhaust?

i have removed the cams as i have just reconed the head and i have no idear witch 1 goes wot side? can any 1 help cheers

only the inlet cam has grooves in the bearing journals, the exhaust cam has plain smooth bearing journals
