switchable boost/chip
A few years ago I met a guy who had a 2wd saff, we went out running standard trim, and then he had a switch on the centre consol that he claimed switched iit to a stage one chip. is this possible? Does anyone know how to do it

depends how you want to do it to be honest......
I suspect that he had a simple two stage boost switch fitted and if so, no more than Ł50 fitted id expect...
If he really did have a map switch then on a cossie thats Ł200 plus the cost of your two maps and installation of tyhe dash switch. We can incorporate your own 2 maps into the chip if required. Generally speaking, the only cars likely to actually require this are cars with a seperate map for high octane race fuel or a car running a dry nos system. The maps can be switched live as well.
But its there if you need it.

I had a 2 stage boost set up in my old rs basically it was just a switch in the negetive feed from the amal valve, with it off it was set up via the actuator then when you flicked the switch the amal valve kicked it in and it ran more boost!!!
Obviously the fueling doesnt get affected this way hence why i never use it anyway
