Hi everyone. I've a couple of problems with my gti escort, I have a vibration coming through the gear stick, it's in every gear. It has been like this since i've had the car, it's very annoying. Also I have a rumble that comes from the engine bay, only at slow speeds 0-20ish mph, it sounds like a bearing or a cable stretching. I'd really appreciate any suggestions, as i'm stumped. Wishbones r fine. I've just bought new wheel bearings, but I think this will not solve the problem, as the sound seems a bit more central to the engine bay. Thanks.
