Just ordered a set of Poly Bushes for my S1. But before i start removing the old ones from the arms etc.....is there anything i should be looking out / watching for ?

I could have sworn i read somewhere that some of the outer sleeves have to be left in the arm somewhere.....but on the Powerflex website it says "remove the old bush and outer sleeve from each area which will have a new Poly bush fitted"

Just dont want to bugger a sleeve that i should have left in and then struggle to find a new one / buy a whole new arm.

So leave any in ? Or just push the whole lot out bushes and sleeves ?
