HMM SOUNDS LIKE THE OIL SEALS IN THE TURBO HAVE GONE TO ME U SAY U FITTED A NEW TURBO OR WAS IT A NEW SECOND HAND ONE?
YES THERE IS A OIL PRESSURE PLUNGER IN THE OIL PUMP ITS AN UPRATED SPRING WHICH INCREASES THE OIL PRESSURE! ALTHOUGH CAN'T SEE THATS YOUR PROBLEM AS ITS THE SEALS IN THE TURBO

HI,
Could be the turbo seals, but check the engine breather system is clear,
as back pressure will cause oil drain problems back to the sump,
and oil will pass the turbo seal on the turbine side and out the exhaust
if bad you will see a lot of oil residude in the exhaust ,
check also the air filter is good not blacked, and last take a breather pipe
off the rocker cover and feel if high crancase pressure from worn comp
ring's.

I wouldn't go that far mate....lol
Its just the luck of the draw.. Some people have loads of problems and others dont..
Was it a proffesional build... It does sound to me like the oil seals on the turbo are shagged.....
