Default Cossie - rear caliper replacement

I think my rear-left caliper has seized. Do I need to bleed the whole system to change it, or just take the old one off, put new one on and let fluid out until no bubbles ?

I have changed the rear caliper on my 2wd saff and found that not only did I have to bleed the whole system, but I needed to use a presure bleeder to bleed the ABS. I hope this is of some help!

you can just bleed it normally - as no air will have been introduced into the abs pump anyway - undo the pipe off the caliper and put a platic cap over the end.

when your new one arrives just bleed it as you would normally.

Thanks Dave, that's what I was hoping for, the workshop manual states this one should be done last, so I thought it'd be ok to just replace it, and bleed it a little to make up for the air in the caliper.

Best order one now then !
