hi people, jus wondering ive just got this brand new bottom end stage 3 1600cvh bottom end its had the works done to it, wot sort of gains am i expecting to get from it, will there be a lot of improvement, wot sort of bhp extra can i expect from it? i got standerd fiesta rs turbo. just exaust,dumpvalve and air filter and fully reconditioned head?
