On a cvh, how do you do it? Obviously rocker cover off, then.....

undo the 13ml bolt's on the rockers (one at a time as you go) take the rocker off then you need to compress the spring and take the two little colicks from the valve head then take the spring off and you will see the valve stem seal just pull it off how are you doing it are you taking the head off or doing them with the head on???

edit: doesnt matter, checked on burton,lol.

Do i need to have the cylinder at tdc when doing the relevant valve?

you put it on where the rocker was and it compress's the valve spring when you tighten the nut down on it so you can take the two little collicks out from the valve head other wise it's a socket and a hammer (which i would'nt do )

you do have to have the piston's up so the valve dont fall in the pot best way to check is to take the plugs out and put a screw driver down and make sure the piston is right up it duz tell you how to do it in the instructions when you get the tool
