Default misfire on 2wd saph

Right chaps

Ive changed the plugs, tried differnt gap settings etc (seemed to run its best gapped at 28 thou}

changed the phase sensor and gapped it to 0.3mm

changed the ignition amplifier

changed the crank sensor gapped it at 20 thou

changed the rotor arm and cap

the things left to do in my mind are new leads ( 90 quid is a lot of money if this is not the prob}
also air filter is normal paper type looks dirty and i understand that poor engine breathing = poor running

if anyone else could comment or agree or disagree with settings it would be of great help

regards

stu you have pm

as you say it should be 0.8mm (32 thou) not 20 thou

20 thou was my first post nd gap was advised by friend

you told me correct and worked spot on!!
