Hello everyone, i'm trying to establish if there is a standard ford brake disc that can be used (with the correct offset & diameter) to go with the 2WD sierra 4 pot standard calipers, on the front of a mk 4 escort.
Thanks
Thanks

I think the 2WD Sierra disc is the one used when fitting 4 pots.
The caliper mounting face needs 4mm shaved off and you will need a brake pipe making up with a banjo fitting to clear the driveshaft.
See here for the pipe -

Thanks chaps, I already have a disc & bell combo from hi-spec which gives the correct offset, but due to the poor quality of the materials that Hi-spec seem to use i just wondered if there was an "off the shelf" option that may have fitted. Just a thought, doesn't machining some material from the calipers reduce their strength in any way??
