Pretty sure you'll find the rubber 'bungs' worn that sit in the chassis m8 
Take the bumper off,two bolts either side in front of the wheel,then slide bumper off forwards.
The bumper has got two brackets/pieces of metal that slide inside the chassis legs from the front,where these slide in is the square rubber bung.
Got two new ones for mine last winter,£7 each IIRC from Ford.
Will be plainly obvious when you remove bumper m8
