Default help!!!! sierra brake upgrade

hello to everyone!
i'm writing from italy
i own a 2 ltr ohc ford sierra with the std 260mm discs hubs etc.
i want to upgrade the breaking system so i bought a pair of 4pot std ford cosworth calipers.If i replace my hubs with those cosworth ideal for these calipers and use the std 283mm cosworth discs will fit everything ok or i'll have problem with antirollbar and tcas???

but i can't find 2 front sierra cosworth hubs for my sierra....
can you help me???
