Default ECU reset / K+N 57i

Hi

IS there a better way of reseting the ECu on a mondeo 2.0 Zetec 1998 than disconnecting the battery?

And am I imagining it or is the recent fitmnet of a kn 57 actually doing nothing more than increasing the intake noise ?

Thanks!!!

You can just leave it and the ECU will reset itself over time.
There is certain fuses you can remove too.

Why not dis-connect battery?
