its oil change time on me saph cos - its a 1990 H reg with 98k miles up it lol!

am i right in thinking the correct oil to use is 15/50w semi synthetic?

jsut when you read different places n ask people they say 15/50w then its 10/50 then its 5/50 then its 0/50 - im a mechanic so should know this but woul dbe good to hear opinions.....

i use the Mobil 15/50, Good thick oil.

 

i use fully synthetic in the rs so i would think it was the same for yor cossie ive always been told to use fully synthetic last time i done my oil i got the guy in the shop to look in the book and it said to use 5/40 fully synthetic so thats what i used id phone your local motor factors and get them to look in the book for what oil to use

 

try 10W40 Shell helix

 

i got a few auto data techy data books and they rekon 15/50w if i remember right, but just wanted opinions
