trying to identify what this connectors for that I found ...
not connected to anything lying along the drivers side inner wing.
Just seems a bit strange to be unconnected. I've tried to trace it back along the bulkhead but without much luck.

looks like the plug that you plug a faultfinder into to read the ecu for faults has it got 3 pin holes??? if it has thats probley what it is. what car is it???

Cheers for that,
Had me a bit worried. Its a sapphire 4x4. I found some other loose wires that I traced to the washer jets which I presume are heated and have only a couple of snipped earth connections on the battery tray that i cant work out from what wire theyve been cut.
