My m8 is rebuilding his escort cossies engine. its getting built to be strong and reliable.
once finished what will be needed to get a good 350 bhp from it for reasonable money?

i.e. turbo, ecu etc.

t34 and a large dollop of boost will do it i think, theres a thread in the main forum about whats needed for 375bhp, could be worth a read for you and your mate

 

Bit more complicated than that

Is it a big or small turbo escos?! if big then u got the t34 already, althou might be worth considering getting a hybrid one and need at least a -31 actuator and a 3bar map sensor. Next your gonna need dark greens or light blues for that sorta power. Ideally you'll need at least a group a head gasket as standard ones dont like big power. THen its a case of getting a chip 2 suit and set up for that power. But good idea to consider things like a breather kit due to increase crankcase pressures, and things like a 500 type cooler to keep the charge temps down.

 

t34 3 bar greens 25 psi of boost max on greens.
