Default Spring rates (once more)

OK, I already posted on Escos forum but I think this place is more proper.

I need to make final decisions for suspention. Money is waiting and I can't ait to order new stuff and have car runing once more. So I need to choose spring rates for new coil-overs.

I am currently thinking about F:250/R:200 setup. But I am open to all suggestions. The car is fully trimmed with interior and used mainly on road or for training, sometimes some amateur rallying. I remind that it's used in VERY tough road condtions so it must be much softer then normaly for tarmac not to jump to much. Thanks for all the input it will help very much. I have in miund only the handling not the comfort.

Thx to everybody.
