Default engine...

on my escort it'll start fine but once i go a little down the road and throw the cutch in, sometimes (not all time) it'll start to idle rough, i can give it some throttle to which it does respond until maybe 2/3seconds later but it runs while slowly chuggin n dying. it'll restart straight back up n then not do it again... its 1.6 16v zetec. Its had new HT leads a few months back when the cat blew out blockin the air flow giving a loss of power so i dont think its them, possibly Idle Control Valve? or Air Mas Flow Sensor going down?

Rest of the time its fine, not a prob, part from i gotta change my wishbones n replace my cv boots lol

ICV more than likely. remove, give it a clean in petrol and/or carb cleaner. if it still does it, replacement time
