I've just bought a 2wd cossie saph,it's running a t34 turbo d.green inj,stage 3 chip,34 actuator , RS 500 intercooler and 3 bar map. the car on idle if left 4 a while ie.traffic lights stutters and floods up(i think)and puffs out black smoke. As soon as u accelerate it clears,back-fires v.badly coming off power. But doesn't miss fire when revving hard.also on accelerating when u change gear(in every gear,when you first hit the throttle) it holds back for a sec or 2 like a splutter and then pulls again. It doesn't seem to be doing to bad on fuel as its doing 295 to the tank running on 3.5%. I tried changing the chip for 1 of another stage 3 cos, which was level 6 the same as mine. car felt quicker on acceration but was still missbehaving on tick over. If any one has any ideas please share them with me cos its driving me mad!!!!!!!!! P.S would rollling road session cure it cos thats my next cunning plan but don't want to waste money.

 

a diagnostic run on a rolling road would certainly show what was happening and would prob be the easiest way to solve it.

 

and end up saving YOU money
