Default My car has a wobble !!

Please can anyone shed some light on my problem. I have a Ford Escort LX Diesel 5 door hatchback and its developed a wobble. A couple of friends have looked at it and can't deceide why its doing it. Let me explain: When you pull away and start to accelerate you can feel the car wobbling side to side, when you ease of the accelerator to change gear it stops slightly and then carries on as soon as you accelerate again. Once you reach 70mph you can't feel it wobble. You can't feel the wobble up the steering rack, but you can feel it from underneath you, if that makes sense. Have had new tyres all round and have had all tracking and balancing done. So now i am at a loose end. Any ideas would be most appreciated. Thanks.
