oil in dizzy cap

Default oil in dizzy cap

i got a s2 rst and i am getting oil into my dizzy cap which is causing it not to start from time to time. I have replaced the rubber seal around the dizzy cap but it is still getting into it. Can anyone help please

sounds like the shaft has nackered bearings witch causes play mabey leaking past

Can you replace the bearings or do you have to replace the cam?

Header tank and the pipes before the thermostat housing are starting to swell, replaced the themostat just wondering what else i can check.

proberley just the cam shaft seal leaking, should'nt cost more than a tenner for a new seal.

id just replace the pipes with samco ones or sfs which ever,and go for a crome headertank,cos they will always end up swelling cos there only plastic!
