Default piston help

i was going to go for a plate but when i phone to get one people tell me there no good they move around,so i have 2 l block what size of pistons do i get do i need to bore it out,whats rough price ,also i have 1.8 130 head etc will this m8 to bottom end ok?thanks,tommy

the largest pistons size you can go is (plus 1) on your pistons and no more as the block willbecome weak and crack the mondeo head will fit as im led to believe but you will have to modify the top engine mount?
the price of piston are around £65 to £75 and to have the block machined out you are looking £65
