fitted pro alloy intercooler twin fan jobbie
its now getting well hot in traffic (really really hot even with the fans running and the heater on)
any other mods any one done to help keep it cool on a series one
ive got bonnet raiser blocks to go on . im obtaining a different fan switch drilled big holes in bumper and moved the number plate
does water wetter work and removeing the spot lights does that help(or not when stationary) or is a bigger rad and electric water pump
my only option

u have properly done what everybody else normally do, got the two wires to the fans the wrong way round causing the fans to suck rather than blow, change the wires around and it will be fine

you could always drill 2 x 2mm holes in the thermostat.. the part that lifts ..
this allows some water flow but isnot enough to effect the running.
