hi there ive got an escort cab on a k plate with the 16efi lump it has had a kent cam put in it if i stall it or switch it off then try to start it again quickly it wont start with out a jump its just turns over real slow when it does it tapps really loudly for a while then settles down . i have tried batt n starter with out any joy any help or ideas would be gratefully recieved
