what engine oil would ya recomend for 330bhp cossie t34,greens,3 bar,low comp pistons,long stud 200 block

 

There ws quite a lot such threads recently. Oilman wil recommend either Silkolene something something which I don't know as it is not avalible here, or Motul 300V series - for summer I would reccomend 300V Competition (15W50), but if you use it on the track you can even go for 300V Le Mans (20W60). For lighter use on road and winter 300V Chrono 10W40 is a great option.

what bout castrol rs or mobil 1 or fords fully synthetic

 

Castrol RS - NO NO NO NOOO

If you want Castrol buy Castrol TWS Motorsport at BMW dealership. (I currently use that)

I don't like Mobil and Ford oils are Mobil 1. I don't think there is any proper synth Ford oil.

NOthing wrong with Castrol, but Castrol RS has been cheaened in it's base oil and therefore isn't true synthetic even though by US courts rulings Castrol can call this synthetic. Since then RS leaves lots of dirt inside the engine and wears much more quickly.
