i,ve got a fiesta rs turbo which is smoking quite bad on start-up then clears and smokes only when backing off boost ,and its blowing oil cap off whilst being driven hard, i've just done a compression test to see if the rings have gone and test shows 150 and 3x 140 is this fine.

turbo seems to be fine no play in the shaft kinda getting stumped need some tech advice please
