Default Coswoth Exhaust Manifold

I've just bought a second hand 4x4 exhaust manifold to fit onto my 2wd engine. For some reason it doesn't fit! I have held it up against the 2wd manifold and the stud pattern, especially around the smaller centre holes, is different. Around 2-3 mm different. The part No. on the 4x4 one is YB0625/02. According to the Cosworth parts list the part no. should be YB0625 so what does the /02 mean? I have had the head head helicoiled in two or three places, and fitted brand new studs, and still the 2wd manifold fits like a glove. Any help will be greatly received,
Ryan

Are the studs that have been helicoiled 100% perpendicular to the head?

The manifolds should be a straight swap. I've had both on the same heaf with no issues.

Not sure if the studs are perfectly perpendicular, but the 2wd manifold fits easily.

Distorted manifold perhaps? Or have the bolt holes been enlarged on the 2wd item?

I've just had some info that tells me i may have the wrong manifold. So I have purchased another to see if it sorts out the problem.
Fingers crossed! Thanks for the help anyway

The first one I bought had part no. YB0625/02 According to the Cosworth parts list the 4x4 Manifold should be YB0625. Allegedly the /02 may mean the manifold is from an escort small turbo? Might be right, might be wrong, so I thought I'd give it a try!
