Default Binding Brakes ? Sapph cos 4x4

Hi all,

Got my car towed home (short distance) by the AA a few months back, been on axle stands ever since, handbrake off.
I remember finding it very difficult to push the car back in the garage and thought I'd take a look while other things are getting sorted out.
Bottom line is that the rear passenger side wheel is very hard to turn, other three are perfectly fine.
Armed with a bottle and plastic pipe, I opened the bleed nipple on the caliper thinking is was residual pressure in the system, nothing came out and the wheel is still stuck.
Would this indicate a binding caliper (had the other side replaced not long ago), or, will it sort itself out a few hundred yards down the road ?

Advice much appreciated.
PS: Any ideas how much a standard rear caliper costs (4x4 Sapph cos) ? Just in case...

no it aint a supid question if u dont put your foot on the brake with out the ignition on it wont activate the abs pump and u wont get any fluid out. The calipers normally cease up and the fault is the handbrake lever in the caliper , ive try to free them off but it never works out ,u end up replacing the caliper, regards joe.
