i am currently running a 1990 2.9 4x4 sierra with a turbo technics conversion.at the moment it is running with the six standard injectors and the two extra turbo technics ones in the throttle body.these have all been cleaned and are all working.the problem is when i try and go past 8psi it starts detonating,can i put a set of yellows in instead of the originals because i think it is running out of fuel on high boost.or will it just over fuel like mad off boost and run like a bag of b*****ks.thanks for any help you can give me.ps,would a superchip sort the yellows out if they didnt work when just put in

 

could be the fuel pump on its way out aswell - when was the last time u changed the fuel filter....?

 

how do ya know its detonating m8 ??
