Has anyone ever opened up a brake servo? And if so can they be rebuilt

 

Looks like someone in the photos did ?

Haven't a notion where you would ever hope to get rebuild parts for one though. Might be easier just to get a servo from another car and adapt it ( along with the master ) to the car.
