what do u's think?

i have just bought a cometic extra thick head gasket from woodford 2 bring the compression down a bit as my heads been skimmed twice now on my saph but was wondering if gettin one of these would b ok aswell 2 make it safer 2 run higher boost through.

anyone ever heard ought about them??

Steer well clear of using a de comp plate. If you want to lower the compression to gain more reliabilty on high boost do it properly and get pistons to suit.

I thought that the problem with cossie heads being skimmed to much was to do with valve seats, not compression, or am I wrong
If I am right then this would not salvage a head that has been over skimmed
I wouldn't use one anyway as I think it is just another weak point to break
