Hi does anyone know where to get a replacement chip to run a zetec turbo on OFAB management on my brothers fiesta rs turbo. Its currently running 195 chip and 440 subaru injectors but I would imagine it is too lean for a zetec? Or any where that could live map OFAB? Don't really want to change the management to standalone if we don't have to as he only wants something around 230- 250 Bhp. Any one else running there zetec turbo on OFAB? Any advice much appreciated Cheers Dan

Ok nice one thanks I've sent them an email. If they can't do a replacement chip for the ofab anymore has anyone got any advice on using a standalone management? Does anyone run on there zetec turbos megasquirt or motorsport electronics m221 ? Are they relatively simple to install?

 

Mine is running on megasquirt. Reasonably easy if you can read a wiring diagram and put it all in place. If not it's better left to a pro.

I did have help with mine as my mate is very clued up in electronics and electrics

 

Oh ok that's great thanks I've been offered a mega squirt 2.2? Not sure if that's right version of the ecu to power a zetec turbo? but I was told It was bought to use on a zetec but the project never happend. What version is anyone else using I understand the newer ones have features like rev limiter soft and hard cut etc. Any advice much appreciated Cheers Dan
