No intermediate wiper front and rear

No intermediate wiper front and rear
Hi
I don't have the intermediate facility for the wipers front and rear , I've changed the rear motor and wiper switch plus relays , have power on one green blue cable at the rear but the white red shows nothing there are no breaks in the cable as I have checked with meter from the passenger footwell.
now stumped for what could be the cause , your help and feed back appreciated as I don't like being beaten
