Default Any help?

Please help.
on my ford focus titanium 2008
My indicators and central locking and outside temperature reader have stopped working.
The dash shows the left handbrake warning the red snowflake and the engine light.
I've tried changing the central locking fuses 133 and 134 both were fine, but changed anyway.

Thank you

Any issue with the speedo and rev counter dropping? does it go into limp mode, difficult to rev over 2k?

Might be a simple fix like this guy suggests:

If not then get the codes read. My initial taught was a cluster fault, could still be one.
