Default Non starting 2007 focus tdci

Bought my wife a new car last weekend. She's drove around in it fine until I took it out Monday evening. Noticed the temperature gauge wasn't working so for some reason gave the dashboard a whack and the cluster went all over the place, had steering fault, engine problem warning, lost all throttle and limped it home in 2nd gear on idle.

Done me some quick research so I sent the cluster away to be done no change so sent it back again with the BCM. Got back today plugged it all in and still doesn't start (won't even turn over)

Going through the cluster diagnostics in getting these codes:

E199
9681
E510
D900
D147

any help on this issues would be very much appreciated. It is a 2007 1.8 tdci

Thanks

The cluster is a known weak spot on the focus, and may need to be repaired. The solder joins can break or get rusty/corroded due to moisture getting in.

They can generate multiple random faults but there's no way to know until you get the cluster sorted.
