Default t p s readings

ive seem to have lost nearly 2000 rpm. i cant get my stg1 saff to rev past 45000rpm its a process of ilimination im nearly there i thinks. i checked the tps readings with multi metre and throttle plate shut its reading 4.81volts. and wide open its 0.44. shouldnt this be the other way arround. would this be because its got 4wd tps with the outer wires swoped arround fitted to it. i measured this of pins 1&17 pin of the ecu plug mine is a 2wd by the way. ive not taken the throttle body of yet for a closser look just thought id run it past every body here . i think the propper readings are 0.35 volts clossed and just under 5 volts open. if my readings i have now would this cause me running probs. thanks

Assuming you're using a 2wd ecu:
The TPS should NOT be the other way around. On a 2wd 5 volt is closed.
If you're using a PF09 TPS from a 4wd you will not get exactly 5 volt at throttle closed.
The throttle signal is not causing your running problems.

Yes, the signal is low enough to give you WOT enrichment.
Whether or not the throttle fully opens, I cannot see that from here.
The signal is suggesting it's wide open.

Be careful with it, i would be monitoring AFR and pulling data from the ecu before doing much more incase you end up loosing the engine.

As said assuming you have the standard ECU (L6) it will never work correctly with PF09 (i.e. 4x4 TPS) although it wouldn't cause this issue. It causes issue with the idle strategies as they are not open circuit at closed throttle like the PF01, as they do not contain a switch.
