Hi all,
Cutting a very, very long story short, I'm still having issues with trying to get the car running properly.....
It's a Mk1 escort running a YB.
- Green injectors.
- T34.
- L6 ecu.
Basically a stage3.
The car has been running lonely for a few years on and off... ha ha
What's happening is, the engine won't fire on start up, it turns over ok, but when I turn the full pump off, after a few revolutions the engine fires and then I can switch the pump back on and the car will idle on its own. The engine does sound lumpy on idle.
I have changed everything in the engine bay, all new sensors, new loom, ecu, fuel, battery, to try and sort out this problem.![Wall](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/wall.gif)
Any help would much appreciated as im at a loose end.........
Pete.

My car was terrible, it turned out to be that the fuel was about 4-5 months old in the tank, I drained it and put in new, starts on the button now, modern fuel doesn't do well sitting around.
