It just slips on by hand, I took off the front part and just pushed it in. The old one came out by hand.

ideal thanks. looking at my new bearing the old one is beatout cant get any up an down movement. the old one`s got about quarter inch. did it make much difference to yours

Don't really know yet, haven't done many miles but there didn't seem to be any noises now and I think it knocked a little before
