St170 clocks

Default St170 clocks

Hi can someone help me please I've fitted st 170 clocks and oil gauges in my 2.0 focus I no the pulse off the gauges light up the clocks but don't no how to do the wiring could anyone help I'd appreciate it thanks

the invertor for dash illumination is built into oil gauges and does not operate at 12v its something like 3v, so unless very skilled at auto electrics I would LED illuminate them bypassing OE method

or just fit the OEM inverter or aftermarket equivilent. they will illuminate properly then.

electroluminescent panels work on AC power so the inverter is needed to turn the dc 12v into the ac current.
