ANY GOT ANY TIPS ON FITTING A RS500 INTERCOOLER TO ESCORT COSWORTH ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECEATED

ramp is best, drop radiator down, u shud see several sets of fixing holes, if its the same as a sierra, put the intercooler in the front set and the radiator in the the back set. simple

u might have to adjust the mounts for the 500 intercooler with an angle grinder as mine was a fraction out. ull understand if you have that problem

it is really a tight fit.

i had to bend the lip down on the front cross piece to fit on mine.
