Default St200 cams in a st220

Just wondering if anyone has put st200 cams in a st220! Seem to have read the valve duration is longer and wondered if there was a power increase if it could be done. Any experience of this is very welcome or opinions! Lol cheers

they have 0.45mm more lift and about the same duration. later mk3´s has vvt. the 3.0 has better flowing inlet manifold setup but requires some mods to fit.

an st200 with 3.0 bottom, headers, cai and a map is up tp 230hp at the wheels. an st220 flows better in the manifold and heads and will make more power and rev more freely
