Hi, I have just pulled the head off my 2wd cossie as i have a ported one to go on and some of the exhaust manifold bolts need helicoiling, the original head i pulled off measures 139.2mm can somebody confirm that this is a head that has never had a skim? if so what is the average price i should expect if i was to sell it? Thanks!

 

From memory 139.2 is original height, price would depend on condition it may be original height but needs skimmed ect. Also what 2wd head is it 3dr or 2wd sapphire with 3 bolt thermostat?

 

the car ran fine with it on never overheated etc so cant see why it would need skimming? and its got 3 bolt housing but i ran mine with the early 2 bolt housing.

Mine measures 139.2 aswell and don't need skimming. I imagine these are perfect for modding for big bhp
