Default What is this pipe?

I think I have a vacuum leak. Ive had bad idling for over 2 weeks now and I have had a look over my engine and found this pipe with two 3cm splits, can someone tell me the technical term or name for it so I can order one to fit it myself?
I have taped the pipe up for now and noticed straight away my idling is much better on startup so I'm 100% sure this is the problem.
It's located right next to the throttle body if that helps!
Here are the pics..

I'm sure it's a breather hose from the crankcase, bushes onto a rattle valve, this split on my mams fiesta, available from Ford.
